Supervisor of Facilities 

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Management, Busines or related field pertaining to position from an accredited college or university.  A minimum of 5-10 years experience desired. 

Experience: Experience in school facilities management, construction management and instructional design is preferred.  Must be knowledgeable in all areas of various trades, (ie. Painting, carpentry, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Demonstrate the ability to create diagrams for school and grounds improvements within the vision of Chief School Administrator and Departments Heads.  Ability to research, write and obtain grants for facility and grounds of public schools.
