Keith B. Mills
Chairman

Mr. Mills was born and raised in Atlantic City, attended the Atlantic City Public School System and currently resides as a resident.

Matriculated to Rutgers University in 1976 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning and Community Development.

A 20-year civil servant, the last 16 years of which has been working in the Atlantic City Department of Planning and Development. Starting out as an Assistant Planner and rose to lead the organization as the Director of the Department.

A licensed Professional Planner, member of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association and a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Member of the St. Augustine's Episcopal Church, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Member of the Atlantic City Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and former Treasurer of the Mainland Branch of the NAACP.

Founder and current member of the Board of Trustees of the PleasanTech Academy Charter School System and currently the Chairman of the Board.
